so here is trick 
1. A idea sim with zero balance and no data.
2.modem or android phone to make hotspot.
3.Now connect your internet with pc using modem or hotspot.
4.Main part make a pd proxy account.
5.download pd proxy vpn. for pc 
6.droidvpn for mobile(also register account for him.)
